Sales Document Changes

Products listed on quotations and sales orders will now contain a URL in the description column that directs to the product's webpage. These webpages contain product information ranging from applications and specifications to installation and troubleshooting steps. Product webpages contain the most up-to-date information for each product.

Matrox PCIe CameraLink Interface Board Drivers Incompatibility with Windows 11

We are aware of an intermittent problem between the Matrox PCIe CameraLink Interface Board drivers and Windows 11, which prevents infrared camera capture in Thermalyze. We are working with the manufacturer of the drivers to determine a solution. For customers experiencing this problem, we advise installing Windows 10 on the system computer using the official Microsoft installation link here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Sentris User Manual

The information previously contained in the Sentris User Manual has moved to www.optotherm.com. A step-by-step installation guide can be found by navigating to the Sentris product webpage and scrolling to the "Setup & Assembly" section. Hard copies of the Sentris User Manual will not be provided with a Sentris system and users will follow the online instructions for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of each product

Thermalyze Operation

Effective May 2023
The Thermalyze software operational information known as "Thermalyze Help" is being added to www.optotherm.com. The "Thermalyze Operation" menu will be available on the Thermalyze software product page.

Thermalyze License Files

Effective April 1st, 2023
Starting with Thermalyze version 7.x.x.x, running Thermalyze with our new IS640-17 LWIR Camera requires a software license file to be installed on the system computer. The license file authorizes image capture from an individual IS640-17 camera and grants access to specific Thermalyze software features.
