We offer various sizes and styles of 19-inch standard equipment racks. Racks are measured in rack units (abbreviated U or RU). One rack unit is 1+3⁄4 inches, or 44.45 mm tall.

    Setup

PN0703 3RU Vacuum Controller Rack Mounting Kit 

  1. Install the Mounting Brackets [PN0706] to both sides of the Vacuum Controller [PN0257] using the included screws.

  2. Attach the Rack Mounting Plate [PN0488] to the Mounting Brackets using the included screws and nuts.

  3. Attach the Rack Mounting Plate to the desired equipment rack using the screws included with the rack.

  4. Connect the power supply and power cable to the vacuum controller and place in the integrated cable tray.


PN0704 3RU Thermoelectric Controller & Heat Exchanger Rack Mounting Kit

  1. Install the Mounting Brackets [PN0706] to both sides of the Thermoelectric Controller [PN0256] using the included screws.

  2. Install the Mounting Brackets [PN0582] to both sides of the Heat Exchanger [PN0317] using the included screws.

  3. Attach the Rack Mounting Plate [PN0487] to the Mounting Brackets using the included screws and nuts.

  4. Attach the Rack Mounting Plate to the desired equipment rack using the screws included with the rack.

  5. Connect the power supplies and power cables to the Thermoelectric Controller and Heat Exchanger. The power supplies can be placed in the Vacuum Controller Rack Mounting Plate [PN0488] integrated cable tray if purchased.
