Installation

1. Place the Probe Platform (upside down) on a flat surface and attach the Mounting Brackets to the platform by securing with the four (4) M6 thumbscrews provided.

2. Place the platform on [PN0253] Device Positioning Stage Manual XY 100 x 160mm and secure with the four (4) M4 thumbscrews provided (see Figure 1).
