Prior to updating, the option to select the 20um lens was not available in the dropdown menu.

After updating Thermalyze, a customer lost access to their calibration data.
Prior to updating, the option to select the 20um lens was not available in the dropdown menu.
In this case, the lens not appearing is due to outdated calibration files being used.
If the calibration files for a camera are missing, or something appears to be wrong with them, please reach out to support using this page: contact us | Optotherm. We will provide you with the appropriate files.
