This problem is like due to MIL being configured incorrectly during the installation process. Please verify the following:

  • Check the Other Devices section of the Device Manager window.
    • Check whether this section contains generic devices such as PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller or PCI Seral Port
  • Using the Windows search bar, search for milconfig. Click the search result with the run command annotation.
    • In the General->Information->Mil Systems section (shown below), ensure that only systems relevant to your hardware are listed.
    • In the Boards section, ensure that only system relevant to your hardware are listed.

If either or both of these are applicable, then your computer is unable to use the correct drivers for your hardware. Please restart the reinstallation process, uninstalling any already installed programs relevant to Thermalyze. Pay careful attention to only enable the MIL Systems relevant to your needs.

If there are any issues uninstalling MIL, please contact our support team so that we may assist you.
