When the linear stages are in "Online" control mode, clicking the arrows when the "Jog" setting is toggled does not move the stages or the stages move for a set distance and then stops before the arrow is released. However, toggling to the "[mm]" Increment setting or "stp" Step setting works. There is a jog limit set in the software. To change this, go to Test Setup > Linear Stage Control. In the Linear Stage Control window, go to Setup > Linear Stage Setup. Enter the desired limit distance under the "Jog Limit [mm]" section.
