Description

To document a Thermalyze error or software operation to send to Optotherm technical support staff, it may be necessary to capture a full screenshot displaying the entire Thermalyze window.  Images and status information is displayed in several areas of the window and therefore a full screenshot is required. When capturing a screenshot, it is important to save the screenshot in a format that preserves all image detail (PNG is preferred) to prevent image compression from obscuring wording or image details that are often used in troubleshooting.
