A customer reported their thermoelectric controller displaying an Actual temperature of -66.3°C, despite the Set temperature being set to 30°C.

This is most likely caused by the Thermoelectric chuck wire connector being poorly connected or not connected at all to the Thermoelectric Controller.​

Please check all connections on the back of the controller and ensure that everything is seated correctly.
