R&D Software

ThermalyzeTM LT provides an extensive set of analysis tools to help you analyze data in many different and insightful ways.  Use regions to measure temperature statistics within specific areas of an image.  Record and play back thermal imaging movies.  Subtract thermal images to measure temperature differences.  Import and merge visual pictures with thermal images.  Create real-time strip charts and 3-D profiles and more.

Image Sequences

Record and play back image sequences using familiar multimedia controls.

Create videos of image sequence in AVI format.  Videos can be emailed to coworkers, incorporated into reports, and used for training and marketing.

Videos can display thermal images, 3D thermal images, strip charts, line profiles, histograms, as well as temperature statistical data from images.

Regions

Select a shape and draw regions of any size and shape to enclose areas of the thermal image.

Separate settings can be assigned to each individual region. High and low temperature limits can be specified to test the max, min or mean temperatures within regions.

Each region's settings and real-time temperature statistics are displayed in the region data grid.

Temperature comparisons can be made by subtracting region statistics.

Locate thermal anomaly within a region by precisely locating the region's position with respect to a reference region.

Picture Overlay

Import a visual picture of the unit under test and manually or automatically adjust the picture to match the thermal image.  Press the Transparency button to merge the picture with the thermal image to locate thermal anomalies.

Graphical Tools

Real-time 3-D views of thermal images highlight temperature gradients and changes.

Plot the max, min or mean temperature from selected regions in real-time.  Strip chart data can be saved and exported in ASCII text format.

Draw line regions anywhere on an image, in any direction, and display the temperature profile along the lines.

Plot the histogram of temperature values within any region.

Emissivity Correction

Pixel emissivity correction provides compensation for materials with differing emissivity such as metals.
