Micro Infrared Microscope
System Specifications
The Micro
infrared microscope includes the OptoTherm InfraSight MI 320 infrared camera
with both microscopic and wide angle lenses. Each camera undergoes an
rigorous calibration process to optimize its temperature range and
sensitivity for detecting thermal gradients on microscopic components, such
as semiconductors and MEMS devices.
